The Pelham City Schools Foundation is seeking a part-time Executive Director to drive fundraising efforts that directly impact Pelham City Schools students and staff. If you have a passion for building community relationships and fundraising to drive student preparedness, teacher excellence and community pride, this is the job for you.
The ideal candidate for this position will be able to network and build relationships in our diverse community. They will need to be able to effectively use social media as well as database management for marketing, promotion, and community engagement. The executive director will lead the organizational functions of the foundation and collaborate with the board of directors on planning and facilitating monthly board meetings, crafting strategic plans for growth, developing plans and resources for projects and events, participating in public relations opportunities, school and community events.
The ideal candidate will have experience with non-profit fundraising and/or promoting an organization. Experience with Word, Excel, Google Docs, Quickbooks are also a plus. This position will report directly to the Foundation Board of Directors and will not be an employee of Pelham City Schools.
